I don't know if that did anything as well I just thought it was useless to have that stuff on a box that I was only using to spin./r/DJs is a subreddit for general DJ discussion: equipment, techniques, news, music, etc. I also disable d any kind of OneDrive bullshit or any kind of toolbars or taskbars or widgets that display any kind of internet data. Now the only time I have issues is when I use shitty or corrupted mp3s. I changed to prioritize background services over applications in system preferences and I also set my page file to a fixed size on its own drive. I made two changes that were recommended in the serato knowledge base or whatever you want to call it. Basically made it impossible to use that station to stream a set live. I had some issues when I first started messing with it, like a large delay when trying to switch tracks and waveforms not populating correctly. Definitely not as nice as yours but it's still a decent machine.
